Please carefully review our Return / Refund Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

We are grateful for your purchase and it is our hope that you are happy with it. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a replacement or a refund.

Our goal is to constantly improve our product and brand experience and as our customer, your feedback is of vital importance to us. Any and all feedback is always welcome. 

 

REFUND PROCESS

In the event you are not satisfied with your purchase and you would like to request a replacement or a refund for your purchase, we ask that you submit a request to [email protected]ckytarian.com with the following information:

  • The purchase transaction/receipt ID/Order Number
  • Indicate whether you would like the product replaced or a refund
  • The date of purchase
  • A description of the product issues
  • Supporting photo(s) of the product issues
 

The Pickytarian Team will review each request to determine whether a replacement is required or a refund is required. In the event a replacement or a refund is approved, you are not required to return the product. We want to save you the hassle and minimize impact to the environment as well. 

All request(s) for replacements or refunds must be submitted within (30) days of the purchase date.

REFUNDS

After the Pickytarian Team reviews your refund request and determines a refund is warranted, we will process your refund. Please allow for approximately (5) business days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
